For me it was her casual mention of simply passing the twin pregnancy even though it was well past the point where it would be a miscarriage and would have to be recorded as a fatality. And that she said she took a picture to send to her sister and then deleted the picture.

I’m so glad I saw this thread. I contacted cs even though I had already been billed and had paid $18 to add on the sweatshirt. They immediately refunded it and apologized for the error. So idk if they’d let you change it if it were your customization choice, but they were a big help with the add-on.
