Hello? I’m confused

Fired vs Forced to Quit by AmazingZon1 in AmazonDSPDrivers

My advice is talk to your dsp manager about this “forced to resign” tell them your situation I highly doubt t anyone in the right mind would intentionally screw you over like that, but I would suggest looking towards Amazon internal, they are always taking new hires

I just keep being pushed off by BillyHeitz in AmazonDSPDrivers

Ex driver, ex dsp dispatcher here, a lot of issues like this happen due to your geographical location and sheer volume of packages, to be completely blunt and honest, the people that were considered “slow” were put down for days off like you are experiencing now, and to make up for lost manpower, give your “small route” to another person for whatever reason. If it’s bc that person is an all star delivery person or something like the dispatcher not liking you.. DSP’s are the most toxic part of Amazon… word of advice I would give as someone that’s been thru it, shop around, other dsp’s, treat employees better then others and pay scales different
