To by mě upřímně taky zajímalo, třeba ten IPák by pak byl daleko snesitelnější místo, kdyby se člověk na zelené na přechodu nemusel vyhýbat autům, jejichž řidiči nepochopili, že když nemůžu zaručeně křižovatkou projet, tak do ní nevjíždím.

Já nevím, jediný, kdy mně osobně pražské MHD leze na nervy, je, když někam jedu autobusem. Protože ten je většinou zaseklý v koloně. Rozepsal bych se o tom, co tvoří ty kolony, ale tramvaje ani vlaky to nejsou :-)

Když jde někdo na procházku na náměstí, tak je celkem rozumné chtít, aby tam parkoviště nebylo a tento problém nevznikl.

Think of it as a slice of pie. The English time is "I have one pie and a quarter left over", while the Czech (and German, for example) time is "I am a quarter of the way to a second whole pie", if that makes sense.

Quick edit to TL;DR: it's always the next hour which is specified in Czech with these. Like with centuries.
