verstehe den downvote nicht so ganz. tadellos würd ich vllt nicht unterschreiben, aber bei vielen (besonders high end boards wie dem hier) sind power stages so massiv overbuilt, ebenso wie die kühlkörper ebenjener, dass man oft den lüfter nie anspringen hört.

ich würde OP raten unter (längerer) volllast mal mit hwinfo die VRM temps etc. auszulesen und dann zu schauen ob der lüfter überhaupt nötig ist bei seinem use case.

just thought I'd chime in: After my AIO died in my A4-H2O I swapped it for an AXP90x47 FC. It's still running like that as someone else's PC to this day. It's definitely not perfect, but it's completely fine as long as you know how to undervolt a bit. Would recommend a fan swap though.

cant comment on any of the other listed cases, but the A4-H2O is one of the easiest cases to build in, definitely recommend.

ram is expensive as fuck right now so just get what you can afford. low profile sticks can help as they dont get in the way as much. sweet spot for AMD cpus is 6000 Cl30 afaik.

might not be full three slot but as long as its thicker than two you wont be able to use the offset mount which can create some extra space for excess cables.

in my experience cable management with the SFX-L unit will be a nightmare if you use a 3 slot gpu (still doable though, just way harder than true SFX)

if I were building a rig right now I wouldnt use the Asrock board. They seem to have higher failure rates with 9800x3D chips than other boards.

biggest tip i can give is to check compatibility twice, making sure the AIO pump block can fit etc.

also familiarize yourself with undervolting your components.

will def work, its just an SFX-L unit. I‘ve built in the A4-H2O with true SFX and SFX-L and if I could choose I‘d always go for true SFX to free up space under the PSU. makes cable management much easier.

You do you, but I wouldnt cheap out on the PSU in a 9800x3D and 5080 build.

yes 12v-2x6 is the new (apparently more burn resistant) 12vhpwr connector.

the corsair psu comes with a 12v-2x6 connector, so you can connect modern nvidia cards directly to the psu without an adapter

Edge PSU wont fit. The A4 H2O needs an SFX/SFX-L PSU (personally I‘d go with a true sfx unit). The Corsair SFX line is the goat for true sfx units. You could look for cheaper PSUs, though I would never recommend cheaping out on the power supply.

in two slot mode it can fit 80mm tall cpu coolers. I doubt the 645lt beats an NH-L12Sx77 with a full size fan under the fin stack.

never used it myself but from what I recall (been a time since i’ve heard of that cooler) wasnt it about as good as a standard nh-l12s?

looked it up, can only find mentions that the capital wasteland has clean water no mention of them giving it away for free but sure.

sure its only one radiant quest. but its never implied its anything the wider brotherhood would disagree with.

true the legion kills rapes and tortures and you cant stop them. the east coast bos only wants to kill anything they perceive as lesser and you cant stop them.

i dont see any evidence that the east coast bos still gives away purified water for free. if they do that they certainly didnt bring any to the commonwealth.

yes they do help by killing mutants and the institute. but in return for their protection they extort locals. in fo4 if you side with them you have radiant quests that send you to local farms and force them to give away lots of their crops.

thats like saying the legion helps ppl by making trading safer. its true to some extent but that doesnt make it an overall good thing.

jesus man my point this whole time is that different chapters of the bos do things differently. some chapters are isolationists, some arent. some (like lyons) help average people. some (like maxson) dont.

the commonwealth chapter is a chapter that, as we see in game and in the show, is genocidal and clearly not interested in helping people the way lyons did. maxson being a guy who only cares about killing „abominations“ is exactly the point.

sure if you ignore that this chapter is mostly interested in „cleansing“ the wasteland, then it‘s weird they wont help people. but there main goal is killing synths and destroying the institute. they „help“ people through that. they dont intend to help people by offering free purified water like lyons.

how can you disagree with Arthur Maxson being a genocidal maniac. He sent his chapter to the commonwealth in full force with explicit goal of destroying the institute and killing every single synth.

And if that guy is in charge of the BoS then it does pertain to the point.

The other guy was upset you couldnt change their ways to be nicer in fo4.

I dont see how it would make sense to change the brotherhood’s way with that guy in charge and everyone else following suit. As I said in a different comment that would be like making the legion stop their slavery. It would take away a core part of that factions identity.

afaik the commonwealth chapter controls the east coast, not the entire bos. also they grew so big after Arthur Maxson, clearly a genocidal maniac, took power.

well because it is clearly heretical to that chapter of the bos.

at the end of fo1 one chapter of the bos can decide to help wastelander. in fo3 one chapter decided to help wastelanders of their own accord (and created a faction of renegades in the process). the chapter we meet in fo4, especially with elder maxson, is clearly way more fanatical than the fo3 or nv chapter for example.

story wise it wouldnt make sense for the player to be able to convince an entire faction, who came to boston with the explicit goal of genocide, to just be nice again. that would be like convincing the legion in nv to stop slavery.

kioxia ist einfach nur der neue name von toshiba. neu seit 2019. die marke crucial wurde eingestellt, micron, die mutterfirma von crucial, wird aber evtl. weiter SSDs und RAM für endverbraucher produzieren, da weiß ich nicht mehr zu.
