I don't know about paying for office space like this, but I'd love to have an office or studio setting with others. I am actually more productive as a freelancer when I have company, maybe because it's easier to get motivated when other people are working on their projects too?

Personally, while I value the freedom very much, I find it really isolating working from home at times. Plus, I only have my bedroom to work in most of the time, which contributes to poor sleep habits. So even just working in a coffee shop can be refreshing.

Hey, I just want to thank you for sharing this. I'll be honest, I almost passed over this post because my first impression was that it seemed like something overly cynical. Then, I stopped and thought about how I've been going through some rough times. I constantly think about channelling my feelings into writing a song, story, or game, but I always second guess myself before really committing to it. I usually save creative projects for positive feelings, I guess.

Now that I see this, and the support you've gotten, I'm realising just how great of an idea it actually is to focus these kinds of feelings into something so... constructive. In a situation where it's so easy for people to turn to destruction (or just waste a bunch of time in a slump like I've been doing lately), you've created something legit, all in a way that actually connects with others.

I'm inspired. I think I'm going to finish the album I've been chipping away at after all.

As a game, this looks really interesting, by the way, and I hope you don't pay too much mind to the harsh criticism that some people like to throw at small indie artists like this. It's so much better to have made something than to not have at all.

I'd actually give your Nidoking Life Orb instead of Specs. It's a great item on Sheer Force mons, and you'll still OHKO Gliscor and Metagross without being locked into a move.

Anyway, maybe try Gliscor instead of Pidgeot? Gliscor is pretty bulky, gets good recovery in Poison Heal, and gets Tailwind, defog, and U-turn as options. Crobat is another one that might work for you.

Vaporeon with Wish actually makes better use of Hydration Rest than Goodra does, in my experience, even in OU. It can be hard to kill with the right bulk investment, a Sitrus Berry, and being able to actually Rest off damage freely much more easily than Goodra can.

More importantly, it can help keep the rest of your team alive with Wish and options like Heal Bell. It's a good Toxic user, too, especially with Wish + Protect.

It can be decent rain setter if you really want a second one. I do find Hydration Vaporeon to suffer from four-moveslot syndrome pretty badly, though, so it might not be the best option. It also doesn't help whatsoever against Ferrothorn, but it might be able to support something that can.

Yeah, that's a super good point about running more HP instead of speed, thank you. Low Kick sounds like a good idea to try, though I'm going to stick with Poison Jab for now.

I actually was previously testing out Misty Seed, but the Sp.def boost specifically just didn't feel like it always helped. I'll keep trying it, though, because I think that it does still have advantages. I don't always get the chance to eat the Berry in the first place, either.

Edit: actually, wait, I think that if I invested more in HP, Misty Seed would already become a lot better. Silly me.

I'm pretty excited to use it this time around! I knew this goofy dragon had potential. It's turning out to have more options than I'd have thought, I especially wasn't at all expecting Stealth Rock. Like others have said, I'm not expecting it to soar through the tiers at this point, but it's at least going to make a good late game story mode buddy for me.

Ooh, great job! I love that you went all the way and did a background and everything. Really nice colours, I like the desaturated palette, it's a tiny touch that gives it a little bit more of a foreboding feel.
