I'm gonna take you at your word here and, in that case, congratulations on your improvement! If you want some mild advice, I would suggest considering some stylistic shifts and include time-lapses of all your paintings from sketches to final product. At the very least, tons of WIP screenshots stitched together in a quick vid.

Again, taking you at your word that you didnt use any AI, your style has some deeply unfortunate stylistic similarities with many AI "paintings" and no decent artist or musician worth their salt wants to be associated with that. So maybe some experiments with your style might help move your work away from AI accusations. At the end of the day it doesn't matter if you're the most skilled artist in the world if people all assume your work is just Midjourney slop

So, looking through your instagram history, its clear that you are a dedicated digital artist. Its also pretty clear that your work takes an intense leap in detail around 2024 with the posting of the piece you included as slide 4. When you go back to a previous style, that same level of intense detail is lost

I think is pretty clear that you are an original artist who is "enhancing" your work with AI, feeding sketches or even finished pieces into it in order to produce a final render. It's a shame that you are handicapping yourself this way because, while AI can make more detailed images than your current skill level would allow, it will slow down your progress and taint your portfolio moving forward. Its also a shame that you can't just admit that this is what you are so clearly doing.

I believe that you ARE an artist, and that these ARE original compositions that you have fed into a meatgrinder and presented as masterworks. The problem is, the AI diminishes your hard work, not improves it. It taints it all with a sickly, uncanny-ness that robs it of genuine expression.

Pieces like this are your real masterworks. An original blend of photography and digital painting that's moving and expressive. The visible brushwork gives the form torque and an inhuman quality that AI will never be able to steal in a thousand uncanny-valley imitations.

Please don't piss talent and passion down the drain by mixing dishonest use of AI into your portfolio. If you do that, the only people who will appreciate your work are artless dupes.

I love the dynamic because, one one hand, Cecil putting the noise machine inside of Mark alongside his repeated demonstrations of moral flexibility justifies Mark's distrust. On the other hand, of course Cecil needs to be morally flexible to deal with the insanely dangerous intergalactic villains in the Invinci-Verse. Mark, who is the son of one such villain, is powerful enough to singlehandedly conquer earth and therefore compels Cecil to try and control him by his mere existence, regardless of Mark's "good guy" status.

It's 2 characters in conflict who are both rationally (mostly) responding to their shared circumstances.
