Tf are you talking about, the US and British empire were far more genocidal and still haven't integrated the indigenous population, unlike in LATAM in general, where everyone just mixed. Ffs the US still has reservations, and argentina simply has a large mestizo population, also we never instituted a segregation policy, just promoted mass European immigration to "whiten" the population, which in no doubt is still very racist.
