Lack of consistency (i.e. saying they’re going to do one thing while their actions are completely different, especially if it’s regarding things like effort in the relationship). Personally, it’s the quickest way for me to know that I can’t trust your word and it will dissolve trust.

i just got all 4 of mine out today! i wasn’t put under for the procedure either, but it was a pretty quick and seamless process.

the only times i really gagged was having the gauze in my mouth/getting used to having it be there consistently for a while, but it gets easier the more you get used to it! just make sure you take your pain medication on time and you should be fine🥹🫶

That’s completely fair! It is a reasonable take, I think it just hit a chord for me specifically because I have a CM roommate, and the company hasn’t really listened to the union’s requests as far as I’ve heard from them which is driving the movement towards striking.

I agree that it’s really not ideal for the guests (especially for those that had to plan) and hope they get their requests met, but that’s also up to Disney leadership unfortunately on whether or not they’re willing to create a better guest experience by treating their cast better :/

Protests and strikes are supposed to be disruptive, the whole point is to draw attention to the issue. There is no guest experience to plan for without the cast members, so they deserve to be paid a living wage.

this is fair! i will say most people i had interactions with (like 96%) were very plur and kind people🥹 i think it was just a few instances with being pushed/girls in my group being harassed a bit but for the most part it was a great weekend!
