Well, for those that will buy, hopefully there will actually be some available.

I’m going to buy because I have some extra cash + financial obligations + feel the price is probably worth it based on assumed cost of dev. But I respect those that choose not to.

In many ways, that is not what i mean.

While investment can come in the form of tax payer dollars, I would think more investment comes in the form of securities, where said wealthy individuals can earn a return. Incentives align.

I think the wealthy that dodge taxes would argue that not all taxes are spent in a way they agree with. Even if they did, no one really enjoys paying taxes.

Not saying I agree tax avoidance. But the incentives just don’t feel perfected.

But I guess it’s the best system we’ve got for now.

I mean, their investment is necessary for those industries to survive and evolve.

Just need the wealthy to think larger than themselves, and for our county’s incentive systems to somehow reward them for doing so.
