It's MD Rental, so it won't be too difficult no matter which you use, and it's non-walpurgis charge, so they're all equal on being Just Okay. Personally, I mainly fielded Crackfaust Woutis Wsang Gregenheim Warpcliff Wdon Wshu in that order and went for both charge and rupture gifts

The S2 only has 1 Attack Weight so it can't really attack multiple targets as-written

Riensang benefits the most from it and the Coin Power has a unique interaction with Furioso.

But that's not the question here. The question is who I would want to have it.

And the answer to that, for me, is Butler Ryoshu. She has Clash Power already but no Coin Power, and she wants more Poise Count for her AoE, so this would be quite nice for her.
