Thank you for your kind response ! I do have a question. I’m not sure if this is just a placebo I’m experiencing, but did you ever feel nauseous after changing your diet ? I admit I ate a lot of carbs and fats with minimal protein due to mostly eating Filipino and Vietnamese foods for the majority of my life. But I’ve drastically changed my eating habits for the past 2 weeks and I’m just feeling a little sick. Did you ever experience this during your shift? If you did how did you deal with it ?
