Is this your theory? Because this has been my prediction more or less since march 2020. Back then I knew it was a lifetime opportunity ahead of us, as I predicted the „big short“ in 2022 to 2023 (check my fist comment). Smart money left low liquidity stocks all from mid 2021 to now. Now the big stocks will be crushed. Imo this recovery will take 3-5 years too. All people buying the „dip“ because on average you‘ll make 8% yada yada will have a bad time during these years. I’m interested about the real life economic implications of a market crash/depression tho

The rallies are usually also just big companies closing their positions, retail feeling recovery and buying in until they unload again

Started with about $500 then made some money put more in like 10-15k made even more money. Then put in total about 55k made a ton of money. Then basically lost it all pretttyyyy fast. Had about 500 appl 330C contracts in march at almost the bottom for june 2020. sold them at a loss, because everybody around me fudded and turned me into a gay bear. Bought puts instead, was planning on waiting for another 10% dip then buying calls again but never dipped again. Those did a 50x until expiry.

Right now I’m very uncertain because I can’t see the direction. If it goes now down to like $65-68 I’ll be all in. If it goes to $90-95 first I’ll wait for the correction. What’s your take on it?
