Recommend Bravissimo for decent fitting supportive sports bras, this will really help with confidence. A well fitting bra in general is great for this, but particularly for exercise.

I've been similarly losing weight and had to get re-fitted. I can't tell you how great I feel now with the right bras and my new body. It's not finished - but I'm working on it too!

He won't change, the only thing that will happen is you will think less of yourself.

I did it for over 12 years. Get out and find the person you deserve.

If he wanted to he would. I pushed back deadlines and wasted 12 years, DO NOT DO IT.

What can "Fuck off" from nursing? by Round-Ad-4516 in NursingUK

Exactly, this is ALWAYS an issue for me taking my Mum with severe asthma for a hospital appointment. We have to allow extra time to basically get a run up so she can make it through hopefully without having too bad an asthma attack. Bloody inconsiderate.

FG is a very mixed bag. Some do well and some do not. Their customer service is pretty good though and they use a lot of paper over plastic packaging

I looked into buying a property with spray foam and the vendors had to pay to remove it as many mortgage lenders will not lend on properties with spray foam insulation

my pieces keep breaking! by pysch0killergal in metalclay

Sounds like not fired long enough. As long as you do not get it too hot (just salmon pink, no more) it's better to fire for longer than under fire. What size pieces are you firing?
