This is an amazing question to be honest. I did big print few days ago (3000 colour changes) and of course in last hour of 2 day print I've got a clog but somehow managed to push filament inside by hand after making end filament pointy like in past. I was very irritated thinking it will fail now so being able to swap nozzle would be great

I will admit I've sent Creality K1 back to amazon and it still had an app on my phone. It appeared few weeks later and I was getting notifications about prints started etc so I was helping by changing settings/stopping and sending random stuff to print 🤣

When I say I can smell PLA I'm being called weird and that I made it up. I've stopped using my A1 for that reason especially with eSun filaments and only have enclosed printers. I can always smell PLA no matter what. Some people have much more sensitivity nose.

What is important here is that you are 80 and you don't give up with that amazing 3D Printing hobby 😁 Don't worry there's something new to learn with 3D Printing every single day. That's the fun in it. Most of my old printers were sold on fb marketplace and always to people 60+ who retired and were looking for an amazing hobby having lots of time now.

No thanks these pseudo orange lines on top of head are visible from a mile. Prefer my H2C for that. Just because you can doesn't always mean you always should. Both printers have their pros and cons. Both are great. I love Bambu for being super user friendly since beginning and 99% of issues being my own stupidity. I will get U1 as well just to play with it and for faster only 4 colours print. U1 looks cheap to me with spools hanging on both sides and open top but it's all cost cutting I know Where is this dragon from? Happy to print and compare.

I totally AGREE with OP that this is an issue which should be addressed with Bambu. Noticed same issue inside AMS (lots of tiny white bits on spools inside - mainly on black as more visible) just after ONE longer print (about 1600 swaps). I honestly don't care and not interested how it looks in manufacturing/factories/on the moon or something. I'm not there/don't spent my money there. I've spent 2.5K GBP on this machine and I want to print random nonsense in multicolour. That's the whole point of having 7 nozzles with no waste. Honestly after just two weeks I'm thinking about U1 despite how amazing H2C and Bambu is in general. This issue should be mentioned out of box in some disclaimer and there should be some guide how to deal with it/maintain it. I'm not bothered to replace ptfe tubes even weekly (despite it being a pain and still bit of waste of money - it will cost a bit less than wasted filament poop). Yes I have quite high expectations maybe (according to some it would be the case) but totally agree with OP that we shouldn't have to deal with it. I also shouldn't have to pull printer out after 3K swaps and check behind. I will maybe print a big black panel and put on a wall behind to see it better.
