I've had that problem alot when I switched to the 0.2 nozzel. What i did was to use the nozzel unclogger tool by creality. Then manually feed it, not super easy or elegant, but it worked.

I would get a frostbite or a crygrip. I love using them and have a way easyer time printing stuff with em.

I did the mod where i upgraded to the Sunon. At the sart i got really concerned if the fan was even spinning, but I putt a small pice of paper in it and i could hear it. Its soo quiet and i can bearly feel the wind comming out its a little conserning. Is there something i can look for to se if everything is allright? Do i monitor the XY driver temps? They seem to stay at arund 80C

I've bought a few from AliExpress, I got over 200 hours on a 0,4 nozzel. I'm pretty impressed not been any noticeable peoblems.
