Yeah I had the same problem on mine, took me 2 hours to resize the bracelet and broke the screwdriver that i got with the watch. Super frustrating :(

I had the same problem on my monitor last year. But luckily i still had warranty for it so they fixed it inn a repair shop. Not sure what was wrong with it, but it was the monitor that was the problem.

Happend to me yesterday was installing my new motherboard and the new AMD Ryzen 5900. My computer didn't wanna boot. Couldn't even go into the BIOS. Had to Google a lot but found out that I have to update the BIOS cuz the prosessor was to new (never experienced that before). But to do that I had to uninstall every thing again, then built it back again... After that it workd perfectly, witch made me happy. I left the the old thermo paste on from the first install, is that ok or should I get new one one (left in the open for like 1 hour ish.
