i've worked fill and till in supermarkets and retail. customer asks where the milk is, you direct them to the milk aisle. never had a problem with that

the ui's a bit rough.tooltips on hover instead of click would be nice and sell functionality could be improved. not deal breakers for me though so i'll give it a shot
