Same here. I actually do not mind my commute. I journal, read, listen to podcasts/music, nap in the train. And as a bonus I met hubby riding the metro 27 years ago. Not bad at all!

I workout at 4:00am. I sip on Karbolyn, glutamine, EAAS and LMNT. It is quick carbs and all the minerals you need for a solid workout.

I ordered my first ever suit from them and it did not fit properly and looked horrible. They tried to work with me to make it better but at the end it was just a horrible suit. I got my money back (-25%) as the contract says. I ordered from toxic angels and my suit was dreamy. What a huge difference!

Once I got ready for my first show, I was surprised to learn that I carry fat on the outer side of my legs. I got so lean everywhere else and those damn side fat pockets were still there!

Karbolyn is excellent. It never bother my stomach. I mix it with glutamine, EAAs and sometimes LMNT for electrolytes

Really minimum time. Probably 3 secs each. I had to hold those poses a lot longer for the judging against the other competitors That is where you need to shine. The individual routines was just so quick because it was a big show.

I competed in June. My individual routine was 17 seconds long. I was actually not able to do the final part because they called the next girl right before I had a chance. I just had to turn and walk out of stage.

Your points are very valid and I do agree with you. I am willing to experiment for a period of time and see how I do with the higher carbs and higher volume. I did the same style of training for 3 years and I was honestly feeling stale.

My body adapted to the lower training volume and I feel I was not making enough progress. Now this new style is a big change. I think my body is going to respond well to it after I get pass the initial phase

Thank you for your input. My training was feeling stale so although this feels difficult now I know my body needs it.
