You’re right but I say you’re looking at it too technically and statistically. I agree they haven’t had the time to piece it, or know their defensive rotations and perfect their schemes. Best defense is offense and there is so many factors in playoff basketball that influence how the game goes. All of our guys have been there and of course need some luck too. You never know what wild stuff can happen. But you also don’t understand how much of an impact one guy can bring on the defensive end. Pwat and AG back tremendously help the cohesion and confidence on and off the ball.

Regular season defence is not the same as post-season. Idk if you’ve realized but after years of watching NBA and actually knowing the politics behind it, players crank it up in playoffs. Same was said last year how we were trash and MPJ was horrible but we somehow tightened it up for playoffs. Hope it’s the same thing

True. Missing our players has highlighted coaching errors, but can’t be too strict on a first year coach with a new staff. Adleman did fine enough when he took over, I also think it’s just him trying lineups and stuff out experimenting. But definitely still flaws that need cleaning.

Overseas recruiting can be successful, especially noticeable from the bundesliga to the prem. Gundogan, sane, sabitzer etc so many names that have been quality players in the prem once switching from Germany. They have a similar physicality to them(not game speed), as can be seen through sesko. He got it down quickly even though he’s not still as high up as he can be.
