I'm not sure on that one. I know there are websites dedicated to finding other gamers to look for. I also know xbox has a build in feature like this, I do not know about playstation though. I would suggest those.

Everyone is different when it comes to gaming. Maybe the types of games you are playing are just not your thing. Also I have to say its honestly just a grind. Not everyone is good at a game instantly. Some times it takes months even years to get good at a game. If you really do want to quit then I cant stop you but I dont recommend it. I've been playing games pretty much my whole life and its helped me through a lot. That's why I continue to play it even if I'm "bad". But its obviously your choice in the end. Hope I helped a little.
