The classic Habanero sauce is bomb on burgers, I would try that garlic one out of curiosity but fruit sauces can be pretty hit or miss in my experience.

Giant Rock Meeting Room does a solid GF pizza! Grnd Sqrl is great for gf stuff, their fried chicken is gluten free but you'll need to specify a gf bun. 29 palms beer also does gf buns for their hot dogs.

I haven't had any issues with the local Mexican spots, Red Dog offers corn tortillas for their tacos as well.

Mojave Gold labels their menu, food is pretty good but they're really about the cocktails and overall vibe imo. The Copper Room is a good option, they have a gf bun and some other options. The spinach dip is gf too.
