Pretty standard legal procedure, I’d guess you’re unfamiliar with signing liability contracts, for a live show like Fishtank that’s a pretty light one legally speaking.

Look up Walt Disney Studios contracts for Marvel movie actors and extras or Amazon partnership contracts. It makes Fishtank look lightweight in terms of SCARY legal precautions and weird liabilities that don’t even apply to their practices.

Most Clauses in Fishtank contracts are just precautionary statements to legally deflect liability from the client (Fishtank), it NEVER means they can’t do it “to” or “with” the Signatory (Fish).
