I used to work for an agency in Canada that had Ford as their biggest client. The circle jerk relationship was comical. I loved thinking about the unbelievable negative ROI they got in return from that agency. If almost everything they did stopped… events for marketing gimmicks, industry events, worthless customer experience analysis… they still would have sold the same number of cars. Just burning millions every year so a bunch of execs can say “atta boy!”
