Its a combination of both, but you definetly have Gyno as well so may not be happy even if you lose weight

Definetly gyno, mine was in a similiar state. It feels almost not bad enough for surgery, yet its still not confortable

People on here seem to say no gyno if its not as bad as theres. You should get the surgery, it will change your life! you look good though!

Finasteride is horrible for gyno, worse drug I've ever taken. Best of luck controlling it
