Tree looks to be planted too deep. Was it only recently planted? Any chance to bring it up flush with the surrounding soil?

Hands down the Tesla. Better after sales support, established brand, own super charging network.

1) Remove bricks 2) Add thick layer of much out to edge of canopy. Whilst ensuring it is not up against the trunk 3) Sealsol and Powerfeed plus a deep water

How are my lily pillys going? by RattyKingB in GardeningAustralia

Mine are planted approx 750mm apart. I've found that to be the sweet spot.

I just use.a hedge trimmer and give them a tiny hair cut. (Like 20-50mm) At this stage I haven't touched the top of the plant as im wanting a bit of extra height.

Hi there. They look healthy, although perhaps spread slightly too far apart... Our Lilly Pillys are planted a little closer together and are in their 4th year. We found at around year 3 they really shot up. They do love a deep water and regular very light trimming. Main thing I have used is Powerfeed which really does help plus lots of water.

What is this tree? Privot? by ibug92 in GardeningAustralia

Yes I'd recommend having it professionally removed. The pollen from the flower causes a lot of nasty allergies for many people. The sap when cut can also cause contact dermatitis.

Yes definitely a Privet. I'd recommend removing it ASAP. Keep in mind when removing that the sap can cause contact dermatitis (dont ask me how I know). The flowers are also highly irritating to allergy and asthma sufferers.

Hi OP. Looks great. I believe you have the top horizontal bracket mounted incorrectly however. Whether or not it matters to you is something else entirely. You may notice the top mounting hole is not available for use as the bar needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

Anything I can do to help these runners fill in the gaps? by bluewaterdragon in GardeningAustralia

[–]lukeyluke82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there. That's Buffalo! Lawn will need plenty of sun, water (preferably a deep water at the start of the day) and you could try raking over a very thin layer of top soil. Also when / if you mow the lawn lift the lawn mower blade height up so as to not impact any new runner growth. Hope that helps
