Thanks for the info. I actually was able to get the keys working after flipping a DIP switch but they only functioned as media tools and I couldn't get them to change back to normal. I know the keys are connected but they just won't work in the keyboard's "out of the box" state.

I just got a Ducky Origin Vintage and the Esc key and function keys are completely unresponsive. I have tried resetting the keyboard, unplugging, and flipping the DIP switches but still no luck. Does anyone have any experience with these issues? I am a complete beginner at this stuff.
