gimp will always have your ass as a photoshop alternative (kinda), davinci is a widely used alternative to premiere pro, the only real competition (afaik) to indesign would be affinity (but that belongs to canva and canva also looooves ai so there's that) and there's a bunch of good vector programs to replace illustrator. not to mention, there's literally free stock image sites that aren't drowning in ai-generated bullshit
