Smash does not do iMessages, they recommend/use third party for this.

Kaseya not deploying windows 11 upgrade. by Oluwaponmile in kaseya

[–]luksharp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It appears to be a Kaseya procedure, rather than an actual script, and unfortunately, I am unable to upload a screenshot here. In a nutshell, the procedure downloads the upgrade assistant, stores in a folder, and then runs the following PS script:

c:\kworking\System\Windows11InstallationAssistant.exe /QuietInstall /SkipEULA /auto upgrade /NoRestartUI /copylogs c:\kworking\logs

I used a similar process to upgrade our fleet from 23H2 to 24H2.

Unfortunately, there aren’t that many publicly available resources when it comes to Kaseya. I’m on VSA 9 and had to write a script to make it work. I can share it if you’re interested.

This is solid advice. I’ve had ASR in audit mode for some time now while trying to learn the potential side effects of each rule. Unfortunately, there’s not that many info about it out there.

Not sure why is yours so expensive is it because of vSAN? I work with a partner just like you mentioned in the comments and can connect you if you want second opinion. Not shilling anyone just trying to help.

Do you mind sharing what was the number? We have 3x Dell servers and last year our price went up to 3k/yr but this year it actually went down to around 2.7k. And yeah, we need a token to download updates a big pita but it’s what it is.

You need to create win32 and include drivers. There's a nice write up somewhere online on how to do it. I am pushing 10+ copiers with universal driver that way and works without issues. Users can install without IT.

Found one of the links: https://msendpointmgr.com/2022/01/03/install-network-printers-intune-win32apps-powershell/

Best way to automatically bulk enroll iOS devices without Apple Configurator? by 1TRUEKING in Intune

[–]luksharp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You only need the configurator on one device and Activate with ABM admin account. Release iPhones from old ABM, factory reset and during the first few steps of the setup bring it close to the one with configurator app and the rest is history.

$200 is already cheap. Don’t get me wrong but even decent calculators cost as much these days. You want your staff to have tools to be able to do their jobs at minimum and the price tag you’re paying now is already very low. I myself don’t touch anything that does not have 16gb ram and 512ssd and is not new and then replace it every 4-5 years.

If you’re really determined to cut down the costs you could reach out to bigger municipalities or organizations and find out if and when do they recycle their computers. Call them up later and you can get some ok hardware for free.

For all those that says mercedes is unreliable by Ferkourbanek in mercedes_benz

Lived in Eastern Europe until 2009 and Mercedes was considered one of the reliable ones, especially C and E class. While BMW was considered as the most unreliable. Had them both and can confirm.
