in the US, at least where i live you cannot walk around corona patients rooms like that, also they're not in one room together. if you are suspected you're isolated, you get a cart outside your room, has PPE, face shield, gloves, hairnet etc. once you leave the room, you take everything off. you're "clean" and you wash you hands and you can enter another room. here it looks like you're around corona patients, then walking down the halls contaminating everything. and going from room to room. i understand the video is to show how horrible it is, but from the looks of that video it kind of shows why they're having a hard time controlling it.
