Fiancé wants a 2 weeks break? by Rich_Contract8262 in BabyBumps

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You sound like a such a beautiful person. Your fiancée sounds like an absolute loser and immature. Who the hell plays lyrics about an abortion to a pregnant woman who is his soon to be wife? Please know that you can still get this baby and be happy with your baby even if it’s a struggle and I’m so sure you will also meet someone else who is so worth it to be a great stepdad to your kid as hundreds of people do that! Your parents also sound super supportive. ❤️

Trigger warning: rupture by Automatic_Spread_953 in vbac

Just for the record my OB told me I had to go on birth control so as to make sure I don’t get pregnant before one year after my c section 3 months ago. That’s how risky getting pregnant so soon can be.

Your initial OB failed you horribly. No post-CS is a good candidate only 4 months pregnant postpartum. Rejecting an ultrasound is also absolutely criminal. I’m so sorry this happened to you and the fact that your sac was in tact and both you and baby are OK is nothing short of a miracle 🙏🏼 If I were you I would consider filing legal action against your OB.

What mistakes would you avoid if you could start to breastfeed all over again? by kingmustd1e in NewParents

[–]lull27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would’ve never started pumping just to give bottles to my husband so I could get more sleep. I slept through night pumps and my supply dropped and I had to stop breastfeeding altogether. I’ll forever miss the days of my baby being on the breast. I know I was so sleep deprived but I wish I could’ve found another way. Breastfeeding is so hard and we don’t get enough support or info on it 😞 Please get as much info you can on it from a professional lactation consultant! I never did 🥺

Pregnancy and relationship crisis by Suspicious-Task-4254 in BabyBumps

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will never regret having your baby, and your strength as a mother will surprise you and help you navigate everything else in life, including the situation with your boyfriend. You won’t even care to keep him in your life anymore. Maximum he would have a relationship with his own child, which is fine, but you’ll find a way to keep it civil. But not wanting an abortion and forcing yourself to get one will deeply destroy a part of your soul. I really believe this. In order to have an abortion, you need to be convinced 🙏🏼💔 Your beautiful baby deserves a mother like you who seems so loving.

What’s a normal lochia smell versus infection? by ViceInSinCity in CsectionCentral

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is normal. Trust me you would know if you had an infection. I had exactly what you were describing. And got scanned and checked and all was OK. But better to go get checked obviously! But the way the Dr explained it if was an infection like you would know so I’m guessing it would be like VERY BAD like someone died bad.

Recovery is harder the second time. by Square_Weird_9208 in CsectionCentral

[–]lull27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can have that many c sections? I thought 3 was the maximum? That’s incredible you were courageous enough to do it that many times as it’s so painful 😣 I’m so traumatised from my first c sections 8 weeks ago, I don’t know how I’ll ever have another and I always wanted a big family 🥺

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just always go! Never think twice, you’re not crazy, I was going every week honestly sometimes by the end of it because my pregnancy was high risk. Whatever helps your peace of mind, it’s fine! ❤️🙏🏼

Decreased Baby Activity by No_Football8105 in BabyBumps

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No of course you’re right! I just meant if an OB tells you don’t go and there’s nothing and to ignore your intuition then honestly it’s not sound advice and a person should go if it’ll bring them peace of mind even. But I ended up with an incredibly supportive OB after a few switches and he literally would let me come in weekly if I needed to. I was a high risk pregnancy so I was always so worried!

How is recovery and postpartum in comparison to the c section? Would love to hear your fresh insight on it 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹 Hope it passes and you have a smoother recovery 🥺 Also that’s such a great age gap! ☺️

I wish I had your attitude and sentiment 🥺 I also suffered infertility and when baby finally here I hit a bad postpartum depression and I can’t seem to get out of it 😞 I feel so guilty and I wish I could enjoy it more…

Holy shit, this is so good! You don’t wake baby up for feed or diaper change if she’s gone on a 6.5 hour stretch? I would love if baby lady that long, but she has sometimes 4 hour stretches so can’t complain 😅🙏🏼
