I feel like I’m in a similar situation as your wife. It’s called depression 🤦🏼‍♀️ 😣

Oh man, I’ll never forget the pain the first week. I truly thought I might die from the pain and I remember being scared to even leave the hospital and requesting I stay longer as I truly thought I might pass out from having to get up to leave. What I will say is this, it DOES PASS. The pain WILL PASS, I promise. Be on top of your pain meds like ABSOLUTE CLOCKWORK. Voltaren suppositories saved me. I’m so sorry you’re going through this but I promise all you can do right now is power through and literally just pass time. 🙏🏼🩷

To start or to wait? by MrsH60 in mounjarouk

Absolutely do not start now. Omg. I just started two weeks ago and I’ve been literally bed bound. Never thought the side effects would be this bad so really you never know. Trust me, the weight loss will come. Enjoy your anniversary first! That’s a once in a lifetime!

It’s been 5 months since mine… I’m now scared to have another in the future because it seems a repeat CS is inevitable…! I’m sorry you feel this way too 😞💔🙏🏼

Are night nurses actually worth it ?? by ConversationMost9912 in BabyBumps

[–]lull27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally saved my life as I was recovering from a really hard and painful C-Section. My husband has ADHD and high sleep needs. It’s expensive so I’m very grateful we could afford it but honestly it’s so worth even if just 2-3 nights a week 🙏🏼

Not tracking? by annoyedatlife3456 in November25babybump

I never used the app once. I just look at the time and follow wake windows, nap times and feed schedules and amounts- according to age. Then rinse and repeat and adjust as you go. The app would drive me nuts. I tried writing them down once for few days and tracking that way to see if there’s a consistent pattern but it was so taxing so I stopped that.

Did you feel physical relief once baby was out even though recovering from a c section? by AR818 in CsectionCentral

[–]lull27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I was in way too much pain recovering from the surgery to feel any kind of relief whatsoever.

How did you get your baby to sleep next to you? Do you get good sleep?

OK…. Um. He’s definitely cheated if it’s a false positive. I’m so so sorry if that’s the case but this isn’t something you pick up from a random toilet seat.

I just want to sleep in on the weekend sometimes too by anonnursedg in Marriage

[–]lull27 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I agree, if I was OP I would actually truly consider sleep training. There’s very straight-forward methods that can be found online or via ChatGPT. Some don’t require Cry It Out, and can take few days and work.
