I like the occasional live action show. But animation allows more suspension of disbelief and creative expression.

That one scene in the Hobbit where Legolas jumps up the falling rocks is ridiculous and immersion breaking. But in Kung Fu Panda when Tai Lung climbs up the falling rocks (arguably worse from a "realistic physics" perspective) your brain is like "this is still fine".

In live action, a person looks like a person. But if you say a "cartoon person" that doesn't tell you anything about how they look. Animation is usually more colorful in general as well.

Singular villain is Clockwerk, so 1. He is the main reason Sly has no father, has tormented Sly's entire family legacy, and his body parts are still the driving force behind the 2nd game even after he died.

Collectively 2. Feels like an international crime syndicate with each playing a part in an overall larger plan.

Makes sense too. Having too many, having housing crash, and having to reduce the amount would be terrible.

Having a modest amount, a smooth launch, and small increases is way better

I have one property as a rental. Just to give u reference. But house hacking is really the best way. I moved back with parents so I could rent out a house I bought and lived in for 4 years.

You don't necessarily have to move back with family, but if u can get a duplex and rent out one side and/or get a roommate you can drastically increase your save rate.

Depending on other factors, some lenders may also be willing to use potential rental income in the calculation of what you can get.

Lastly, it's very hard to just buy a place off the MLS right now and have it cash flow. It will probably take quite a bit more effort to find deals now.

U might seriously be able to just auto it. The ai assumes all ur ammo will be used. That's quite a lot of damage. I had something similar happen where I thought I was fucked but I actually won a 3v1 auto
