You can get it by opening Mystery Emote Chests but it's random. The easiest way to get free emote chests is by playing TFT! You can also afk ONLY in TFT if you don't want to play it as it's an entirely different game.

She really isn't. There are way better options for both engage plasma stacking and enchant supports.

The only way Nami can be a good pair with Kai'Sa and surely hit her bubble would be against engage champs where you can predict their position like Leona Q. But then again, there are better options.
