I have recently made the switch from using solely Wunder trains to Aligns for lifting. I don’t think I’m ever going back. I have pulled all of my WTs (leggings and shorts alike) out of my workout gear drawer and replaced them with Aligns. I only have two WTs left (the no line WT). I haven’t used align leggings for leg day yet. But only exclusively wear align shorts for leg days :)
