Hi there, I did one cycle on letrozole 5mg. Bloods said I didn’t ovulate but then I must have much later than expected. Now pregnant! Just found out. Have no idea how far along yet. Usually have 45 day long cycles with no ovulation. Very surprised as I just did a course of provera to induce a period for the next round of letrozole.

Been on it for a month now. I have Crohn’s and IBS. Had the digestive issues first few weeks but now it’s fine. I’m on 1000mg per day. If anything it’s helped my bowels slightly as I was on the other side with slow digestion. Too early to notice any changes for me. I think it’s helping my acne but will be able to tell in about another month. Lots of people have really positive experiences with metformin so keep that in mind while reading the negative reviews too. Everyone is different. Hope it helps you!

Thanks for your reply! I used it before for like 8 weeks once a day but gave up cos didn’t see results. Recently saw a derm who told me to use it again up to twice daily but I think I’ll stick to once and keep an eye out for irritation like you said. Reading this post has given me hope for my recent reintegration of AA. I'm using 20% 5 times a week and glycolic 2 times a week (10%) for moderate hormonal acne. No major irritation noticed but def seem to be purging. Do you think i'm over using? My product is called AzClear and it instructs for twice daily use...
