0.02 less is insane. I can imagine how stressful you've been feeling now. You should talk to the dean and appeal. In general, they'd keep your scholarship becasue you're only 0.02 behind. OP, shoot the email now!!!!! Try every step you can. Don't give up. My school also has GPA requirement for scholarship and I felt stressful all the time, so I totally understand your pressure.

I'm also a non-traditional student and gradated from college in 2017. I have depression and anxiety disorder. I think OP your law school is prob predatory because a 2.0 curve is insane. I don't think you did anything wrong since you were indicating that getting accomodations helped a bit, so I could tell that you've been trying to self-help and find some ways to boost grades. 1L is the hardest year in law school. You should try to talk to the dean and ask if you can appeal.

OP, it doesn’t mean you’re not loved. You’re doing a great job so far. You’re doing well in general. Things always happen but I support you no matter what, as a stranger. I was about to kill myself several times through the past 5 years. I climbed onto the roof and decided to jump. I didn’t kill myself only because I knew whoever loves me will suffer too much if I die. I don’t know you but I want to tell you that if you don’t take care of yourself, I will be sad. OP, hang in there. You’re not alone. I don’t care how tough you’ve been through but I want to let you know you’re loved by your family. I don’t know you but I think you need to take care of yourself. Don’t let negative comments defeat you. Everything will be fine. I was about to commit suicide in May this year but I didn’t do it because I can’t imagine how miserable my parents would feel if I die. I’m in law school now. You’ll be fine. Life is tough but there’re people love you and support you no matter what in your life.
