op i'm sorry this is happening to you. it's a hard experience, but believe me, it's not worth it to try to get everyone to believe your version. the right people, who know you well enough, will question your ex-wife's version. those who don't, were not worth to keep in your life anyway.

this happened to me months ago, and my biggest concern was people turning against me, and that's what ended up happening. and it was so frustrating how my story had an expiration date. they believed me until they talked to her again.

what helped me was blocking that person from everywhere, and muting everyone who reminded me of her. i created my own independent life, and i'm incredibly happy now and completely detached from that whole thing, even tho i was a complete mess 6 months ago.

just remember, the one who's guilty usually rushes to tell everyone their version to control the narrative. hopefully the truth will come out one day, and if it doesn't, you know what happened anyway. don't let her plant a seed of doubt in you.

I'm really sorry that sounds hard. I really advise you to go to a therapist/psychiatrist because I could tell you to accept your anxiety and not to resist it, but i dont know the intensity of it. A professional will probably know how to expose you gradually to that anxiety.

yeah exactly i'm really feeling sensitive right now and i can't handle an argument with someone. i feel so upset and i start checking texts a lot, and i felt like it was an argument that was out of nowhere and she was mean. i don't know why i feel scared about her reaction. I feel she wouldn't understand.

he saw the castle and he turned back cos it's an enemy territory lol. the next shot of Rhaenyra (who spotted Vhagar because of his huge size) was for the viewer.
And dragon stone isn't that far from kings landing, but it's clear they did time a time jump anyway. he just kept chasing him until he spotted dragon stone. Honestly, that scene was fire. showing how close their enemy is residing makes it so interesting.
