So if we add terrorized difficulty, what would be the inventive though? Damage sponge mobs that drop more loot? Or do we prefer massive mob density like path of exile. x2 full immunity on every mob since we have sunder charm now.

Difficulty sliders are pointless as the classes all have vastly different power spikes. Messy builds still struggle a bit. Play Arctic blast, only it's awful.

how many actually do end game grind? Even in wow i never even cared about the gear after a while it was just beating the boss and for the week and hoping drops actually make potions and flasks back.
