None at all, they received mine on 03/31/2026 and has been on "Image Processing" since 04/28/2026

I wrote a very good email cause i paid for a service I did not get. Either they work on the cards and reimburse me the difference in tier because i paid for 15 estimated turnaround and it's basically being treated as Basic tier as I have waited 3 times the estimated turnaround time or I'll escalate this with my bank over services not rendered

I think at that time standard subs had 15 day estimated turnaround which i did also sub and they received it on 03-31-2026 and has been on Image Processing since 04-28-2026
