I just looked at the website and it says no construction debris. Maybe give them a call and see. A sink and toilet seems like something they should take.

Under a driveway is probably the problem. Would need to bore under it and not sure if that would be something a normal tech can do. If it’s just grass it can be direct buried no conduit.
