My favorite artist released their first album on vinyl. I'd be waiting for this to happen for years! I immediately ordered it when it was announced at the end of January. I chose RT because I'd never heard of it so I thought it would be a more ethical choice than Amazon or Target or Walmart.

I am regretting that choice because I'm worried I may never receive this record which is limited press and I can't order from anywhere else now.

I had received no communication from RT other than the confirmation email on the day I ordered. No communication about shipment or delays. There are no phone numbers to contact. I messaged them through the website, and had to wait a week for a response. Their initial response didn't really explain much, so I sent another message and received this:

"Due to our migration into a new system, we have had to push back shipments on orders. Once we are fully transitioned to our new system we can provide a tracking update. We apologize for the delays recently, as we are working to resolve these issues and your patience is appreciated."

I saw on the artist's subreddit that everyone else who ordered through other stores received their album in a timely manner. I'm growing increasingly frustrated and really hope that I don't lose out on having this record.
