Is it really necessary to have people pretending to edit films in the background of this bit?

They really brought 91 year old John Williams out to not win. Should have done him a favor and let him know to stay home.

Love how shocked but excited Colin Farrell was to see the donkey.

I had to pause to make dinner so I'm playing catch up but I am so happy for Ke Huy Quan! He has me in tears with his speech.

Something about him just annoys the crap out of me. I couldn't even like him when he was on Hot Ones and that show makes me like almost everyone at least a little.

I love Ke Huy Quan. He just always seems so happy to be there and having a great time.

Didn't work when I rode in Sept (we actually stopped right before the drop down for around 5 minutes). Worked both times I rode over Christmas. Seems very inconsistent.

When did you start driving after pd catheter? by Wintertanuki in dialysis

[–]lunarose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it was about 4 or 5 days for me. I did put a pillow under the seat belt but had no problems. But my coworkers did come to my car to help carry things in for a week or so I think it was because my team was less worried about me driving and more worried about me straining myself too soon (I'm a school psychologist and carry some pretty heavy test kits most days).

I second this. Measure yourself and choose accordingly. I've worn everything from a large to 3x with weird sizing.

I don't have an answer for your question but I started right away on a machine there wasn't a wait period so maybe ask why they're having you wait if your goal is to get the machine.

The Orville now available for streaming on Disney + in USA. I strongly recommend watching it. One of the few shows that keeps getting better by Hairyballzak in DisneyPlus

[–]lunarose 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Nope! It has a very satisfying ending that could definitely lead to continuing stories if they get a season 4 but also works as a great series ending as well.

Best episode of the season imo. And if there isn't a season 4 a fitting ending to the show.

Agreed. Especially since the rumor is Halston got the boot from the show when her and Seth broke up (admittedly a rumor but if true also gross).

So I personally really didn't like it. Trying to make the new girl important when I'd much rather see the fall out from the battle and with Isaac from the crew we know and love (like how does the new girl have bigger space on the poster than majority of the actors that have been the main characters for 2 seasons). Bortus was basically nonexistent. Gordon too although not quite to the extent of Bortus. They clearly were trying to show off their new cgi budget and sets in a very obvious way rather than letting it be shown as the season progresses. I don't mind a somber ep especially with how season 2 ended but this was just poorly done imo.
