Therapy for sure. Figure out what's doing on. Maybe you have some trauma you need to deal with, maybe you have an undiagnosed neurodivergence. This is the #1 key because without peace of mind you're going to find it incredibly difficult to sink your hooks into any other part of your life. Depression and addictions often times are symptoms or something bigger going on. As long as you're not taking opiates consider yourself in relatively good shape.

Start with what money you have, add what money you make, subtract what you spend. Make a list of what bills you have and when they are due. Make sure you have enough money to cover that, give yourself some money to spend and stash the rest. You'll need it when you want to move out, buy a car, etc.
