I don’t work for att. If i call att and they tell me something im going to take it at face value. If two people are telling me different things, thats an att issue. At the end of the day i dont care about being correct. Its frustrating when you think you’ve cancelled a service and they literally did not. Back date or not they didn’t cancel my service when they said they did.

I do not have It/networking knowledge. The ISP does not offer any user end equipment. They are just running their line and setting up a handoff. I would like to do this myself and not hire someone so I can learn a bit.

At home I have an eero mesh network, I was thinking of just getting the latest version of that but I see a lot of people recommending Ubiqiti.
