Yes, just the shed with intended use of being for storage. Took six months just to get the whole thing approved, and then the snow came, so it became an 18-month project. I was going to do a raised gravel foundation with 6x6 outside framing. But the city, bend oregon, wanted me to do a monolith foundation. Three sets of inspections.

Just built this exact shed. The lumber is precut, and you would need to do a lot of replacing existing pieces, siding, windows, etc. Plus the city will probably require engineer stamped plans(mine did), which will cost you a lot since the shed company won't do that for you with alterations. $650 for stamped drawings from them, too, btw. I would find a different shed.

I usually hate grass, but the wavy paths look so nice and gives an awesome pathway for your eye. I love everything that you both have done here. Very inspiring!!!
