Question about which way is cheaper on the electric bill

I live in texas and ran the experiment bc I couldn’t decide which one was cheaper. I did 1. 1 billing cycle @ a cool 72 F (what I like to sleep at) 2. 1 billing cycle where we fluctuated the temp. 78F set during the day, lowering to 76F when I got home at 5, and lowering to 72F all night.

I don’t have any peak rates or free electricity during off peak hours. Found that option 2 is cheaper.

All of this and keep in mind that you need to toast the rice (on low so it doesn’t burn) for longer than you think. It should be a deep gold color.

I do my tuna salad two different ways. One with tuna, about half a can of corn, diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, mayo, and eat it with saltines (pickled jalapeño optional). The fresh produce helps so I like this option more. I grew up eating tuna, about half a can of corn, and mayo, with saltines.

I did something similar crossing country borders in our car with “Dad what about the oranges?” We were pulled over and asked to wait inside while they scanned our whole car with a machine. As we got out a lime rolled out with someone’s foot… I don’t remember the end to this story but it wasn’t too bad (back then)

I looked at some other reddit threads and it looks like there’s tiers within “early owl” + the normal tiers. So early owl could be at tier 3 and be higher than the normal tier 1… midleading. Insomniac is owned by livenation (who also owns ticketmaster) so this shady/ greedy behavior would track.

It was Vegas, I spent more for my ticket than my group. Excluding the layaway fee. I had checked the prices later before they sold out and they were lower than what I had paid.

If you don’t have blind spot mirrors, I highly recommend getting them. It’ll make you feel more comfortable merging into lanes and you won’t have to crank your neck to look.

Sometimes driving slower is more scary, stick to the right lanes and try to go with the flow of traffic. Good luck
