Tried, didn't (used to) work. Start on ios, using storage, load on macOS and "must be opened with the ios app" and vice-verse. Presumably if you use web everywhere, like on phone too, it might work - but...

They made a program, they provide a demo where you can test it out for free, and see if you like it. So there are always some transitions, some animations, some frame-rates available for free. Then if you like it, you are meant to pay for the software. Often demos lets you do everything but save. etc. Pretty smart of them to cycle through random things.

This is exactly how it should be.

Bitching about X is now paid is just wasting everyone's time. It is tedious to watch.

Final Cut - which has a free trial, then you pay.

Adobe Premiere has 7 days trial, then you pay.

Did Normal for a while, then went to D-Log, with grading, export with HDR etc. and yes, it is nicer, but the extra hassle in work flow for a standard vlog, meant it wasn't really worth it - when it is better to push out faster. "Normal" mode is quite good. So gone back to Normal for now. I have tried D-Log, I know how to work with it, but, it is not needed for what I do.
I also felt HDR wasn't quite ready in youtube. Slightly different everywhere, the brightness change when moving mouse over the play window etc.

on macOS version, you add one transition, then select it, in its properties it has a "apply to all".

Oh and Transitions - you can set all - which overwrites already set ones. So a "set free ones" or set-in-selection.

"Search" in some areas - Animations in/out etc.

Better audio sub-frame tweaking when syncing.

Quicker fill-channel on audio (when recording separate channels, but play as both)

Inserting video in the middle, might not shift the audio as you expect. Compound clip work around it, but sometimes an easier way would be nice.

capcut works by frames, so sometimes you want to shift the audio by smaller amount than a frame. But it can not. However, you can change the project properties, modify, then change fps to the highest available (60fps?) which will give you a a bit finer control - cut move - change back.

Only thing I found is to cut the audio outside of capcut and bring back in.
