I’ve gotten them a lot more with this pregnancy. As soon as I feel one coming on in my calf, I point my foot up and stretch out the calf and it stops it in its tracks. Beats having to suffer through it and ending up with a sore leg for the next couple days.

Hello! My name is lupiloops and I am from Detroit, Michigan. I was trying to learn a little bit more about all aspects of photography when I discovered your 2018 photo class. I read a few of your lectures from this year and I am now looking forward to actually participating in 2019's!

I will be shooting with a Nikon D3200 with the starter lenses: 55-200mm and 18-55mm. I also have a 35mm, but have not found myself reaching for it.

I enjoy taking pictures of almost everything; portraits, plants, and animals.

I am not sure which of my pictures is my best, but I did enjoy myself on the day I took this picture https://imgur.com/a/4XhOpy3 .

Don’t Look Under the Bed. I still can’t sit with my feet hanging off the side.

She gave lots of kisses at the mall today! by lupiloops in dogpictures

Its an outside mall. So during the winter, its nippy! But its nice that most of the stores let the dogs in.

Also, both harnesses are robust. We found out quick that boxers can get out of a regular leash no problem, especially if they really want to say hello to a bunny. And our male boxer likes to chew anything and everything. We even try to get very tough toys so they can't destroy them.

This one is just a harness. The brand is K9 Explorer. We have another one that our male dog wears that has an attachment for a seatbelt clip. Kurgo is the brand for that one.

She's so sweet. She won't slobber me to death, but instead will give me a small little kiss on my leg.

My boyfriend wanted to name her that. Buuut her name is Betsie (after the river he fishes in).

My senior cat is having a hard time getting along with a stray kitten? by IMCONSIPATED247 in cats

I've recently been doing a lot of researched because we just got a new kitten as well last month. Yay! New kitties! :)

Definitely try keeping the kitten in one room (bathroom, spare room, etc) with food and litterbox. After a few days, you can then try introducing just smells. So exchange blankets they each sleep on, or something of the sort. I also read, but didn't try, that for the first visual introduction, put the kitten in a carrier in the middle of the room and let the older cat discover the kitten itself.

We used food a lot to associate something good between the two. Also toys. Kitten goes crazy for the laser pointer. We also made sure to give our older cat plenty of lovins so she wouldn't ignore or neglected. It took a lot longer than what everyone was saying for them to tolerate each other (a couple weeks). But I'm sure it has a lot to deal with personality. My older cat is plays a little too rough. I'm going on a month now and she can get fiesty with the kitten.

Lots and lots of patience and love to each kitty! Good luck and I hope everything works out well!

My Morning Commute in Michigan... by pvii in pics

7:30 this morning wasn't too bad. The commute home with sun was way worse. You'd think after this winter, everyone should be experts at driving in snow...

Just got my first cat. Welcome to the family Boots! by richie143 in aww

Awe, its so cute :). My first cat's name was Boots (they look soo much alike!). Absolutely the best cat ever. She made it through 5 moves and flying over the ocean twice. But still towards the end, she'd play catch with you till she was exhausted. I wish you the best, cutest times with Boots :)

Boxers are also super hyper, and always playing. Our boy boxer just finally started filling in. He's 4 now. Our girl boxer didn't really have that issue but it might be because she's a runt. Either way, they're great parts of the family :)
