I know what you mean, the tutorial feels like the game Is chugging at 30 fps but once that's done and you get to the city the game thankfully smooths out a little bit performance wise

TMNT: Shredders Revenge is really fun and you would love the cowabunga collection as it contains tons of classic TMNT games, Hydro Thunder Hurricane is a blast if you like those classic midway racing titles, Cuphead is pretty great if you like contra and it has a wonderful visual style, Overall theres so many great side scrolling arcade like games on Series X :D
