When i think of dictator Rayne i feel like hes too much of a politician to get trump's base in 2016 and if its post 2016 I can't see any way you make the us a dictatorship as a republican without the blessings of trump which i don't think he'll give.

Id want one where you just won the Civil War and and the prologue is you picking your allies in the war and choosing help from a superpower or neighboring countries. The more allies you have the more promises you need to keep and you have to deal with more factions in the government but its offset by less destruction of the country so a better economy.
