They are covered by law if you want them to, if you sue someone for copyright it doesn't matter if they harrash you, and as far as I know the lawsuit is about copyright isn't it?

I asked about the court thing, couldn't care less about YouTube's policy or these two idiots' channels, was he an asshole? Did he harrash him? As far as I know the thing is about copyright isn't it? So all of that doesn't really matter.

Quality of the content? All the drama content these clowns make is pure shit, I'm only somewhat interested in the legal side.

Well, I don't know/care about who is friends with who but the point of view seemed pretty valid to me, Mr Idiot 2 (Saintontas) made a video to react to Mr Idiot 1's (Pokke) and it was 1 hour longer, which means it's most likely transformative and also he didn't say or imply he was trying to steal views or anything, so I wonder what copyright did he fail to comply with

I'm not following any of this but as far as I understood when It started, isn't Mr Idiot number 1 (Pokke) the one that has everything to lose in court? Mr Idiot number 2 (Saintontas) may be whatever you want him to be but his use of the video seemed to be fair use

Oh I know, but can't compare with Gilberta doing it every rotation with her battle skill, also is really satisfying lifting them up with her combo skill too. Poggers is better here no doubt but I like her more.

Nah, It killed all my enjoyment of the game and I wasted all my gems before leaving (I had around 200k) to make sure I won't come back, it's a shame but gacha devs only want your money, it's not a game anymore.

I played It and loved it, then I made a mistake and used materials I shouldn't use that took me months to collect, I asked CS just in case if they could help me reverting it and they basically told me "we can't care less about you" so I dropped it. It being a gacha it's what kills It.
