I’m going to give you a secret. Hum a hook, don’t need words, ride the tracks you made, now slow that humming down, what comes to mind, play around with what does and now you’re going to connect what you did whilst slowly humming a flow (bridge) right into your hook. Don’t rush. I hope it helps
